Once your order has been prepared and dropped off at the post office, you will receive an email notifying you that your order processing is complete.

You have been charged but you do not receive an email within 72 hours? Contact Laurent.
Despite the care taken in preparing your order, errors may occur or a piece of jewelry may be damaged during transport, and we apologize for this.
If this is the case, send a message to Laurent as soon as possible via the contact form or to backoffice.nahua@gmail.com accompanied by your order reference and a photo of the jewelry received in error, missing or damaged so that we can find a solution.

Generally, orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
– Standard Delivery via Tracked Letter (to your home): 2 to 5 business days
– Delivery of bulky items or orders via Colissimo (home delivery or to a collection point): 48/72 business hours
– International deliveries are made either by registered mail or by Colissimo. Please allow 5 to 15 days for delivery.
During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), our processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you in advance for your patience!
Home delivery is free for purchases over €100 (excluding promo codes and products in the “Last Chance” section).
International shipments: Customs fees may apply to the recipient depending on the destination country (outside the European Union). For more information, please consult the applicable laws in the country concerned.

– By Paypal (possibility to pay in 4 installments without fees with Paypal)

Are you unable to complete your order on our website?
Several possible reasons :
– An error occurred while entering your bank details
– Your payment limit has been reached or your funds are insufficient
– You did not enter your 3D Secure authentication code in time (received by SMS or directly on your bank’s application)

If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the designated field before proceeding to payment. The discount will then be automatically applied to your basket or the relevant item(s).
The promo code is not valid?
It may have expired, or you may not meet all the conditions:
– Check that it is spelled correctly and that the items in your basket are eligible for the promotional offer
– Make sure you haven’t already applied a promo code to your cart (they cannot be combined)
– Some promo codes require you to be logged into your customer account
If you forgot to enter a promo code before paying for your order, we unfortunately will not be able to apply it afterwards.
Buy in store
Jewelry purchased from a retailer cannot be exchanged on our site, but only at the relevant point of sale.
Online shopping
We only process refunds for e-shop purchases, up to 14 days after receipt of the order.
Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, along with its pouch and any free gifts included as part of a partnership or promotional offer. Jewelry that has already been worn cannot be returned.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges are not possible for online purchases, so we thank you for placing your order again.

The items remain your responsibility until they are received at NAHUA, so we ask you to protect them well for transport and send them to us with tracking if possible to avoid any loss.
