MAHESWARI

The brand’s first theme

Maheswari (or Maheshwari) is a Hindu divinity. The legend says that to end a drought, she cried for 9 days and 9 nights, like the number of “branches” on this collection’s bracelet.

The story of this theme is based on the brand’s story itself.
After months of embroidering shoes and pouches for French shops, Isabelle, Nahua’s creator, wrapped a piece of scrap around her wrist. She had never created any jewellery with this ancestral technique, originally destined to the creation of ceremony clothing and Indian army uniforms, but right there, the first NAHUA ethnic bracelet was born.
It was the very first bracelet of a long series.

6 years later, it has not changed.
We present it to you in this timeless collection.
